Garmin Stats and Daily Mile
A lot of riders are now using the Garmin units to track their rides. Garmin have a fantastic website to upload all your data to - and its pretty painless once its set up (email Tim if you need help - don't be afraid to ask - Tony had no clue and he sells them!)
The Garmin site can be found at http://connect.garmin.com/. Once you have created your account - and hopefully made it public - you can start uploading your data from your device. See Tims activities as an example.
Another great community website that can be used to track your running, cycling, swimming, walking and other fitness activities is the dailymile. This site will allow you to import your Garmin data directly from the Garmin site and also if anybody uses a Nike training device can import that data also. This site gives you some very good visual reporting on your stats and allows you to add friends as well and compare your results to theirs. Here is Tims profile - feel free to add me as a friend.
One last thing. You can use the blog feature on this website to add details of your rides, or simply add them to the facebook page.
